Compostela
The Compostela is the official certificate of completion issued by the Pilgrim's Office in Santiago to those who finish the Camino de Santiago. To qualify, pilgrims must walk at least the final 100 kilometers, or cycle 200, proving the distance through stamps collected in a pilgrim passport called the credencial. In 2025, more than 530,000 people earned this certificate.
