Guinness World Records

Guinness World Records is a reference book that documents and annually publishes human achievements, natural phenomena and objective records from around the world. It originated in 1955, inspired by an unresolved argument during a hunting trip taken by Sir Hugh Beaver, managing director of the Guinness Brewery, over which was Europe's fastest game bird.
